We are pleased that project “FEMLOCK – Razvoj implantata za osteosintezu prijeloma vrata bedrene kosti” has started, in collaboration with the University of Zagreb, Faculty of Mechanical Engineering and Naval Architecture as the project leader, and the CTT – Center of Technology Transfer as a partner! This is an interdisciplinary project with the goal of developing and producing a prototype of an implant that will be protected by a patent. The representatives from the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering and Naval Architecture (UNIZAG FSB) are Prof. Dr. Sc. Janoš Kodvanj and assistant Petra Adamović, whose project topic is also the subject of her doctoral dissertation, as well as lab technician Gordan Plačko. The project team was joined by Dr. Srećko Sabalić, associate professor and specialist from KBC Sestre milosrdnice in Zagreb, with his esteemed expertise. The CTT representatives are Dr. Sc. Tamara Aleksandrov Fabijanić, Tihana Ivić, and Lovro Frković. We wish them the best of luck in the project implementation!
