Scientific development projects
The Center for technology transfer actively participates in the implementation research and development projects FSB funded from public sources and various projects in which cooperation between the scientific community and the economy takes place.
In terms of the implementation of the project CTT carries out the following activities:
* Development and administrative implementation of projects
* Independent project submission and implementation
* Projects of cooperation with the economy-consulting services
CTT allows for a rounded process of identifying relevant programs and potential partners in project development and implementation in areas of interest (commercialization, innovation, technology development, innovative entrepreneurship, cooperation between the scientific community and the economy, domestic and international cooperation). In accordance with the acquired competence and experience, CTT provides professional consulting services at all stages of project implementation in order to find and include a partner in domestic and international projects.

Cooperation with the economy
In addition to the range and value of smaller services provided by CTT over more than two decades to stakeholders from the economy, both from Croatia and abroad, several larger cooperation projects were singled out in which CTT and its experts provided services of elaboration, analysis, budget and strategy.
* Elaboration of the overall technical and technological analysis, with proposals for the optimal redesign of the main and auxiliary facilities of the oil refinery in Sisak for the client INA d.d.
* SIGMA project – development of strategies for improving quality and production in Končar electrical industry
* A number of cooperation projects with shipyards-structural analysis, calculations and FEM analysis of strength, vibration and noise
* Multi-year project of structural analysis of ship and marine structures for the client Bureau Veritas from France
Entrepreneurial support initiatives
CTT is a member of Bond networks, which is a platform for developing the capacity and quality of PPI services, and provides entrepreneurs with unified access to business knowledge, skills, Partners, information and services, important for starting and developing a business. Project BOND (eng. Business organizations Network Development) launched 1. July 2017 with the aim of connecting entrepreneurial support institutions in Croatia, improving the quality of existing services and developing new services and equalizing the availability and quality of services to entrepreneurs in all counties. The overall objective of the project is to strengthen the offer of professional services for entrepreneurs across Croatia through networked PPIs, in order to ensure integrated assistance to SMEs at all stages of development.
With its previous results and successes, the Center for technology transfer shows versatility, readiness and capacities for participation in development and research projects, either as a project holder or as a project partner; expertise and trust given to it by economic entities, clearly from multi-year cooperation projects. The CTT also provides its own entrepreneurial-supportive character, by participating in initiatives, such as the BOND Network.
