CTT recognizes the benefits of educating students about entrepreneurship and early involvement in entrepreneurial activities, which is why it was founded student technology and entrepreneurship incubator. The student incubator operates in a co-working space intended for FSB students. The space is fully technically equipped (physical infrastructure, computers, high-speed Internet), and students are provided with professional and business mentoring and other types of support activities.

The aim of the student incubator the preparation of students for work in an entrepreneurial environment and providing conditions for:
* Development of projects based on knowledge and modern technologies,
* Connecting with the economy,
* Development of technology projects based on the needs of the industry,
* Production and business activities.

Through incubation activities and programs students have the opportunity for education with the aim of acquiring additional knowledge and skills (by solving specific problems of business entities) which can positively affect their employability after completing education. The concept of a student incubator it enables the recognition of talented students in a particular engineering field and encourages their professional development at an early stage. Working with companies looking for solutions to a specific problem and involving students with the best solutions can result in benefits for all parties involved. The development of a scholarship thesis, the topic of which has a clear application in the private sector, with the mentorship of experts and the participation of companies, opens up opportunities for career development of students.

The ultimate goal of the incubation process is to application of acquired theoretical knowledge and training students for independent work, identifying opportunities, business planning and increasing the success of their entrepreneurial ventures.
