Pressure equipment in use is subject to periodic control, which provides for Rules for Inspections and Tests of High-risk pressure equipment (PP 75/2020). From the historical review to create regulation in the field of pressure equipment, it is clear what importance should be given to the design and manufacture, but also in the maintenance of such equipment.
The classification of pressure equipment according to the level of hazard of the equipment is done on the basis of:
– Manufacturer’s documentation
-Categories of equipment, type of fluid, pressure, and geometric characteristics
Considering that this equipment is pressurized, it is classified into two levels of danger.:
-High
-Low
High level of danger
The concept of high hazard level is defined by the regulations on inspections and testing of high hazard level pressure equipment (OG 75/2020), and the equipment is classified into this hazard level using 9 diagrams in the regulations that are identical to those in the regulations on pressure equipment (OG 79/2016).
Low level of danger
The low level of danger is not covered by the regulation. However, in order to achieve the safe operation of its equipment under pressure, its owner or user must write the inspection and testing procedure and carry out or have periodic inspections carried out according to it.
The procedure for conducting the review is done according to:
– Manufacturer’s instructions
– Technical regulation on Occupational Safety
– Other technical rules relating to equipment
CTT is organizing a seminar “high pressure and low safety equipment” which will be held on 28.09. and 29.09.2022.the Blue Hall, eastern building of the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering and shipbuilding.
The Seminar “high and low safety Pressure Equipment” is part of the Professional Training Program for the period from 1. November 2021 to 31. December 2022. in accordance with Article 58. paragraph 2. Law on the affairs and activities of spatial planning and construction (“Official Gazette” No. 78/15, 118/18 and 110/19) approved by the Ministry of spatial planning, construction and state property.
The Seminar lasts a total of 16 hours, of which 4 hours enter into regulation.
