CTT&McKinsey Consulting Club it was founded by the Center for technology transfer of the Faculty of mechanical engineering and naval architecture of the University of Zagreb and the Office of McKinsey &Company Adriatic. The Consulting Club wants to gather students, graduate and postgraduate studies of the Faculty of mechanical engineering and Naval Architecture, University of Zagreb, who want to learn more about consulting as a career choice.
Members of the Consulting Club will be given the opportunity to participate in resolving business cases encountered by McKinsey teams. You will learn more about structuring problems, defining hypotheses, applying the 80/20 method, and synthesizing results to come up with a client recommendation.
In addition, you will get better acquainted with the McKinsey recruitment process, learn more about the lifestyle of consultants, and get answers to many other questions.
The mission of the Consulting Club is to provide consulting as a potential career choice for FSB students, through joint meetings with consultants from McKinsey & Company and collaboration with specialists from the Technology Transfer Center (CTT).

Sign up for the" Kick-off " meeting of the CTT&McKinsey Consulting Club and enter the world of consulting
The “Kick-off” meeting of the CTT&McKinsey Consulting Club will be held on 01. March 2024 year. You will receive more information after registration.
Participants will have the opportunity to learn more about:
- Consulting as a career choice,
- Introduction to problem solving techniques and Case study simulation,
- McKinsey & Company colleagues ‘ experiences with technical background (e.g. FSB alumni),
- The rest.
Note: an online application is required to participate in the CTT&McKinsey Consulting Club Kick-off meeting. All interested students and alumni are invited to apply. The schedule and thematic areas of the meetings are subject to change based on the preferences of the Working Group.
