Payment Methods
The credit card will be charged for the entire amount according to the conditions of the accepted offer.
We accept the following cards: MasterCard, Maestro and Visa.
The credit card will be charged in the currency shown on the offer/proforma invoice and on the issued invoice.
Your personal information, as well as your credit card information, is fully protected. Data transfer takes place via the security server.
Refunds to the credit card are made under the following conditions:
• A refund can be requested within 14 days from the day of payment
• The refund will be processed in the same way as the transaction was made.
In case it is not possible to charge the credit card, we reserve the right to cancel the order

Statement on the protection and collection of personal data and their use
Center of Technology Transfer llc. collects only the essential, basic personal data of customers that are necessary for the fulfillment of business obligations. Collected personal data is strictly preserved, used only for the purposes for which it was collected, and access to it is provided only to authorized employees. All employees of the Center of Technology Transfer llc. and business partners are responsible for respecting the principles of privacy protection.
WSPay Usage Statement
Center of Technology Transfer llc. uses the WSPay system for online payments.
WSPay is a secure system for online payments, real-time payments, credit and debit cards and other payment methods. WSPay provides customers and merchants with secure entry and transfer of entered card data, which is also confirmed by the PCI DSS certificate that WSPay has. WSPay uses an SSL certificate with 256-bit encryption and TLS 1.2 cryptographic protocol as the highest level of protection when entering and transferring data.
Statement on protection of personal data transfer
Protection of personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation of the European Parliament and the Council No. 2016/679-Regulation and Implementation of the General Data Protection Regulation WSPay, as an executor of credit card authorization and billing, handles personal data in its capacity as a processor and handles personal data in accordance with the General Protection Regulation data of the European Parliament and the Council number 2016/679 and according to the strict rules of the PCI DSS L1 regulation on protecting data entry and transfer. WSPay uses an SSL certificate with 256-bit encryption and TLS 1.2 cryptographic protocol as the highest level of protection when entering and transferring data. Personal data used for the purpose of authorization and billing, i.e. in the performance of obligations from the Agreement or based on the Agreement, are considered confidential data. WSPay does not process or use personal data except for the purpose of executing the authorization contract and billing. WSPay guarantees the fulfillment of all conditions specified by the current regulations on the protection of personal data for the executors of personal data processing, and in particular the undertaking of all necessary technical, organizational and security measures, and this is especially confirmed by the PCI DSS L1 certificate.
