Location: Center for technology transfer d.o.o., Ivana Lučića 5, 10000 Zagreb, Croatia
Hall: East Building, III. kat
Expected maintenance time: 11.-12. February 2026 years
Seminar holder: CTT-FSB Zagreb
The application of infrared thermography in control and maintenance procedures and product development offers extraordinary possibilities-IC thermography is a contactless, fast and efficient method of measuring and recording temperature distribution.
However, the correct implementation and interpretation of the results of thermographic measurement requires fundamental knowledge in the field of heat exchange, with special emphasis on the field of thermal radiation, knowledge of the capabilities of the IC camera and determination of the correct measurement parameters.
The Seminar includes concrete examples from the building sector, industry and electrical sector with special emphasis on the field of anti-explosive protection, and provides an overview of all the essential requirements of relevant standards for certification of personnel carrying out thermographic measurements. Discussing specific problems from practice allows participants to gain a better insight into the relationship between different measurement parameters and measurement results and make the correct conclusions.
The training is carried out by university teachers with broad theoretical knowledge in the field of heat transport, many years of experience in the field of application of the thermographic method and knowledge of standardisation documents related to IC thermography.
