Seminars held in the first half of the year

The Center for technology transfer recognizes lifelong education and training as an important
a factor for the technological progress of the industry, since monitoring of new trends is key to
increase the competitiveness of Croatian business entities in domestic and foreign markets. The Center for
for many years, technology transfer has been organizing seminars, trainings and workshops relevant to
the field of mechanical engineering, shipbuilding, construction, etc. with the aim of introducing participants to the latest
scientific and technological achievements. The seminars are organized in cooperation with professors from
teachers and ekspertima from the region, and in the first six months we conducted 8 seminars and one
the seminar.
Some of the seminars are part of the Professional Development Program for the period from 1. November 2021 to 31.
December 2022. the year approved by the Ministry of Territorial Planning, Construction and
state property.
In the first half of the year, STT organized the following seminars:

• Contractors preparing fire extinguishers and breathing bottles / diving 31.01.2022.
• Pressure equipment and safety valves 15.02. and 02/16/2002.
• Thermography 23.02. and 24.02.2022.
• Wear and corrosion protection 22.03.2022.
• Application of heat pump 07.04.2022.
• Low and high hazard pressure equipment 11.04.2022.
• Forum on the green, digital and sustainable transition
• Energy performance and optimization of nZEB buildings 26.05.2022.

In addition to the seminars, we organized a free seminar called “From Innovation to Patent Application with the support of the ZEVinnovation project.” The workshop was organized as part of the ZEVinnovation project with the aim of promoting the ZEVinnovation project and informing participants about the process of patent application, obtaining a patent and after the patent was granted. The participants had the opportunity to hear the experience of the patent holders, the professor. dr. sc. Janoša Kodvanja and discuss Dr.’s affairs with the mailbox. sc. Željkom Biharom.
